Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing times before your order is shipped.

We offer international shipping to most countries via USPS, UPS and DHL. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates at this time.

Any additional taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Lunar Tides assumes no responsibility for these or any other added fees.

If you would like to return or exchange an unopened item, please send us a message with your order number and ship the product back to us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are available for the cost of the product only - shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lunar Tides is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, stolen, or otherwise lost in transit. Please verify your address before confirming your order.

In the event that your package is returned to us, you may pay for a re-shipment, or we can refund you for the cost of the product, minus shipping fees.
