Came across this toner after months of trying to find stuff that actually worked, this brought my hair to a beautiful icy-white and it's now my favorite go-to product. You definitely need to leave it in for longer than the label says, I usually apply to damp or dry hair and leave it in for 45 minutes to an hour. Highly recommend though! :)

Would purchase again! Natural hair shade: med/dark brown. Bleached with Arctic Fox "Bleach, Please" and toned with Brite "White Toner". Got my hair from about a 4 Dark Brown to an 8 or 9 Dark-Med Blonde. Followed with a few (5ish?) washes with John Frieda "Go Blonder" shampoo and conditioner which helped reduce brassiness. THEN! LUNAR WHITE! Skin tested first, then strand tested next day. Really helped reduce yellow tones, got hair to a more ashy blonde. Thanks! Would like to add before/after photos in review, if/when that feature is available.

Love it! But be Careful!
This was my first time using Lunar Tides and I was so excited. My hair is a level 9/10 platinum blonde so I was excited to see this work. I slapped it on and it was going good…until it felt warm. Nothing crazy so I let it sit for the recommended 35 min. Washed it off and noticed welting on my hair line. The color?? GORGEOUS. It came out a pretty light violet but because it’s semi perm dye I knew it would fade to a white in no time. Unfortunately, the reaction was a bit worse than I had thought. It was had a giant headache all day, which then triggered a seizure later on in the day. (I’m prone to them it wasn’t just out of nowhere lol). I’m so bummed that this dye made me welt up. PLEASE REMEMBER to always test a dot of color behind the ear on the skin to make sure you aren’t allergic to any of the ingredients. I will be able to use the color as long as it doesn’t touch the skin so I’m not at a total loss. BUT GIRL GET IT cause the color is BEAUTIFUL!
