Best blue dye ever!!

My hair is very stubborn and never wants blue hair to stick on. It always comes out green even after I tone it and use violet based dye but this is the first blue velvet dye that actually made my hair blue! I definitely recommend this to anyone with this struggle! Customer service was especially nice since I ordered and they had ran out of this color and gave me a coupon as an apology!

Somewhat Comparable to the now discontinued "Special Effects- Blue Velvet"

Very nice. It's a lovely hair color. It would be great if you could put out a line of haircolor that would be permanent. No one else is doing it except Elumens. Thank you for refunding my shipping when my order was delayed.
