LAVENDER FROST

Absolute favorite

Lavender Frost is my favorite and I am so sad it is sold out. I am really hoping they bring this color back even tho it is limited edition. My hair is graying so I bleach it out and put this color on and it is absolutely stunning. Darker than I had first expected it to be, but it is beautiful. It has that perfect shimmery frost look from the Micah and as it fades it is still beautiful. I also love it because where I am really going gray up in the front of my head along my hairline, as it fades you can’t tell the difference between my natural gray and where my hair has had the lavender frost on it. My hair also feels extremely healthy and soft after I apply the color which I love. Lunar Tides team, please make this a permanent color in your line up. I need it in my life.

My hair was too dark, but my god my mother turned heads!!

I can not tell you how damn pretty this is. As another user mentioned, your hair has to be SUPER light to really see it. I have an ombre effect in my hair with the lightest sections around a level 8/9. This conditioned and toned, but nothing more. Now my mother... WOW! She is a salt and pepper greying pattern that we bleach to even out to about a level 10. I then added this. My god, it was sooo pretty. It looked so good, a misted lilac color that faded into shades of white, silver and some light grey as she wore it. She naturally has alot of red in her skin tone (we are native) and this just made her skin look tanned. If I could attach a photo I would! If you have light hair and red based complexion, this is a WONDERFUL choice that really complements the skin tone and wears into a stunning natural looking grey/silver/blonde. **note: we both have hair that gets parched easily, and it's wonderful to have something that makes her look and feel beautiful without the damage. 100 out of 10.... please never stop carrying this!!!!

Great color

This is my favorite hair color so far! Please note that light purple is VERY hard to get right and maintain. Your hair has to be SUPER white to start off or else it won’t show up well. Any yellow in your hair will just be toned by the people and end up looking grey/silver. I bleached my hair several times over the span of several days with nourishing hair masks in between in order to get the right starting color! I also only washed with cold water and color safe shampoo about once a week and the color still faded a good amount each time. It’s a lot of work but the color is beautiful and I get lots of compliments!
